| Just a short distance from the main entrance gate of Kanha National Park (Village Khatia), The Krishna Jungle resort provides visitors with a truly exciting and rewarding jungle experience. The lodge nests in 8 acres of thick forest and provides an ideal setting for bird watching for a natural history oriented traveller. Stay at Krishna Jungle Resort for 4-5 days at least for good wildlife sighting and tribal interests The prime location of the Krishna Jungle Resort makes it the ideal place for rest. Our in-house facilities such as a resident naturalist, also make your stay here an educative one. This is Discovery Channel-experience and better; the chance to observe Indian Wildlife at close quarters plus knowledgeable guides. However, be patient with wildlife, it sure will yield rich dividends. Spacious twin bedded cosy and comfortable cottages in typical Indian Village Theme. All cottages have modern facilities including attach bath running hot-n-cold shower & an independent sit out. While your stay accessories like Camera, binoculars, sunglasses, and hats will be provided. 1st October to 30th June is the best season for stay at Kanha. The Climate during October-February is cold. March-April is moderate. May-June is warm. Also we recommend Neutral khakis, grey and green clothes. Relax or do the leisure reading on Kanha National Park and other periodicals while sitting besides a sparkling swimming pool. Take a dip and then enjoy your drink or take a bite. If you were to arrive in the afternoon, a mouthwatering spread will be laid out for you, hot and ready to be served. After short preliminaries, you are led to your cottage to unpack and freshen up. Buffet lunch is ready at �Banjar,� our multi-cuisine restaurant named after the famous Kanha river. Time for a short nap. Ready yourself for the jungle ride. In the evening as the sun sets, we escort you back to the cottage to relax, discuss the wildlife and the environment with our resident naturalist or with your companions. You are sure to enjoy the evening around the bonfire while dinner is served. Please note that the Airport and Railway pick and drop Charges are 2 way charges including both pick up and drop to and from the Airport or Raiway Station.
